A few things that might need answering that I have been asked regarding the last blog entry:

Are you really going to end Punks and Nerds?
Yeeah. Well. The title will be different and I'll post it elsewhere, but everything else will be exactly the same, basically.

Why are you refusing banners?
On top of it taking too much time when I need to do other things in the future, once this site becomes idle, I do not find it appropriate to sell ads on a dead site used only for archives.

Why are you ending production of merchandise?
It takes a lot of time and effort. More than you think. On top of selling an average of 200 shirts a month, one in about twenty orders will get lost, or the person will be unhappy with the order. We then have to deal with the complaints, make sure they get a refund, make sure it arrives, and make sure everyone is happy as much as we can make them in the end. A lot of people expect 24 hour delivery, but we state it takes about 2-4 weeks, and that is when the item is in stock. It takes a while to find out when the item is sold out, restock it from the printer, and then catch up on late orders. It is a job within itself, and that is why a lot of bigger webcomics do it for a living. However since I neither cannot nor want to do merchandise for a living, I'd feel like a sell out if I kept up with it. I'd rather focus on the comic itself than getting the merchandise all in order.

Are you for real?
Yes. Here is a sample of my portfolio website in it's primal stage. These are just of course the final products, and they are also not all of the final products I have made. The blog which Punks and Nerds will move to will include thoughts I am having with a current illustration, what I want to do, the many sketches (I might draw up to 30 sketches) before attaining the final illustration (I might draw four finals until I'm happy).Seriously. Are you for real? This isn't very good.
